You may share small excerpts for non-commercial use (e.g., social media quotes) with proper credit, ie: @author_after.midnight, but you may not reproduce or use our content for profit, impersonate our brand, or republish without express permission. 

*Client work submitted through coaching or creative collaborations remains the property of the client.

 

3. Coaching + Publishing Services

Any coaching, editing, mentoring, or publishing services provided by DragonsQuill Publishing LLC are designed for educational, creative, and professional development purposes only.

While we support your growth as a writer, we do not guarantee publication, financial gain, or specific outcomes. Your success is influenced by your own participation, goals, and creative direction.

DragonsQuill Publishing LLC does not act as a literary agent or traditional publisher unless explicitly stated in a signed contract. All custom agreements will be outlined in separate contracts per author or client.

 

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of many of our products (e.g., downloads, guides, creative support, and coaching sessions), all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Please read all product and service descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you’re unsure if a program or service is right for you, contact us directly before enrolling.

 

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit comments, testimonials, or feedback (via email, forms, or social media), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use those words (with or without name attribution) for marketing purposes. We will never misrepresent or fabricate testimonials and will always honor your privacy preferences.

 

6. Disclaimer

While our coaching is trauma-informed and grounded in psychology and nervous system work, we are not licensed therapists or medical professionals. Any emotional support or writing guidance offered, though certified, is based on creative coaching methods and personal experience. please Use them at your discretion.
